Business is Blooming
Construction continues in The District at Prairie Trail – the entertainment town center destination located just off State Street. Ankeny residents have been watching the progress of the newest building called Vintage Main since the ground breaking in April 2013. The 2-story, 67,000 square foot office and retail space is estimated to be complete during the fall. It will be home to Fitness World at Prairie Trail and the Simpson College Ankeny campus. Space is still available in this terrific location.
Just this week, Lincoln Savings Bank celebrated the ground breaking of their newest location at the corner of State Street and Magazine Road at the entrance to The District. Watch for more exciting announcements coming soon!

New home construction is also in full bloom this spring at Prairie Trail with beautiful lots in new and existing neighborhoods coming available. Prairie Trail welcomes residential builders Kimberley Homes and Happe Homes to the list of outstanding builders at Prairie Trail. Hubbell Homes will also begin building attached multi-family brownstones in 2014 offering a new opportunity for the young professional or anyone looking for a relaxed, simplified lifestyle in the mixed-use urban development.
Celebrate the Prairie Trail Lifestyle
Prairie Trail residents have been enjoying the parks and trails this spring and are gearing up for some eventful summer months. For the fourth year, Prairie Trail will be sponsoring the SummerFest Parade and we are having ‘a blast’ making plans.
